EPA’s website on geoengineering/chemtrails is all smoke and mirrors. Notice they use “particles” on everything except the “conspiracy theory” part on chemtrails where they switch to using “chemicals” in their explanation. Then they claim they have no real jurisdiction and refer the reader to NOAA, individual states, and other various agencies/committees. There’s never going to be any real transparency in government.
