It's all right there, "global." We don't need global talent- what they want is global cheap labor. Trump may have forced them to relocate facilities in the U.S. but they have no intent of giving up on cheap, global, slave labor. They don't want to pay for talent- they want to skim more profits off the business. People who invest in these businesses are rarely the general population.

P stands for profit and greed. Greedy, unlimited frenzy for more and more. Countries grow when they are given a chance and people can work for a decent wage. This is what they don't want. Would prefer to be feudal lords over the serfs. Bringing globalization to the U.S. demanding cheap labor.

Trump may bring jobs back but these companies have no intent of letting Americans have them. The H1-B program was a scam from the very beginning based on a bogus study. There is no global talent need. Talent is here in every American who was laid off when companies let them go when they brought in cheap labor.
