Overnight Drone Attack Hits Moscow High-Rise As Putin Warns Of 'Overwhelming' Response

Ukrainian drones have once again reached the Moscow area, far away from the border, at a moment the Kremlin is strongly warning against Washington allowing the transfer of US Tomahawk missiles to Kiev.

The attack on a Moscow suburb was part of a broader wave of overnight drone attacks which hit multiple regions across the country, injuring at least five people, including a child, when one drone slammed into an apartment building near Moscow.

GM Cuts 200 Jobs At Michigan Tech Center Days After Stronger Than Expected Earnings Report

General Motors Co. laid off more than 200 salaried employees on Friday, mostly at its Tech Center in Warren, Michigan, according to Bloomberg.

The cuts, announced around 7 a.m. via a Slack message, were attributed to “business conditions” rather than performance, according to people familiar with the meeting.

A GM spokesperson said the move targeted overlapping roles in design engineering, explaining, “We’re restructuring our design engineering team to strengthen our core architectural design engineering capabilities. As a result, a number of CAD execution roles have been eliminated. We recognize the efforts and accomplishments of the impacted team members, and we thank them for their contributions.”

Bloomberg writes that the job reductions are part of a broader effort to streamline operations and boost profitability amid tariffs and slower electric-vehicle sales. Earlier in the week, GM reported stronger-than-expected third-quarter earnings, driven by robust sales of high-margin trucks and SUVs.

Recall, just days ago, the automaker delivered stronger-than-expected third-quarter results and raised its 2025 outlook. The company reported adjusted EPS of $2.80 versus $2.31 expected and revenue of $48.59 billion versus $45.27 billion.

CEO Mary Barra said at the time: “Thanks to the collective efforts of our team, and our compelling vehicle portfolio, GM delivered another very good quarter of earnings and free cash flow… we are raising our full-year guidance, underscoring our confidence in the company’s trajectory.”

GM now expects $12–$13 billion in adjusted EBIT and $9.75–$10.50 in adjusted EPS for the year, both above prior forecasts. The company also lowered its expected tariff impact to between $3.5 billion and $4.5 billion, down from $4–$5 billion previously.

DNC Chair: ‘May Be Nearing’ Moment Where ‘Elections Don’t Matter’ and ‘Resistance Looks Completely Different’

On Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The Beat,” DNC Chair Ken Martin stated that the Democratic Party’s job right now is to win elections, and if “we are truly in a dictatorship and an authoritarian regime here has completely shredded the Constitution, then party doesn’t matter, and then elections don’t matter and then the resistance looks completely different” “and we may be nearing” that moment, but for now, their job is winning elections.

Martin said, “[L]et me say to you, what is the role of the Democratic Party in this moment? Our job is to win, to win elections. That is our role. That is our responsibility, and where I have to put my attention and focus, Jason, is on those pieces.”

He added, “If we reach that break the glass moment when all of our democratic institutions have failed us, right? And we are truly in a dictatorship and an authoritarian regime here has completely shredded the Constitution, then party doesn’t matter, and then elections don’t matter and then the resistance looks completely different. But until we reach that moment, and we may be nearing it, Jason, don’t get me wrong, the role of the Democratic Party is singular, to win elections, to recruit candidates in every election up and down the ballot throughout the country, to build power back so we can actually stop this guy.”

Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Greene Outline the Five Pillars of MAGA: “America’s Blueprint for Revival”

Pillar One: America First

The movement’s foundation begins with Carlson’s first pillar — America First, the idea that every decision by the U.S. government must serve American citizens above all else. Carlson highlighted Trump’s original 2016 declaration: “My foreign policy will always put the interests of the American people and American security above all else.” Carlson called this the “central promise of democratic government — that it exists to serve its citizens.”

“Trump reminded Americans that loyalty cannot be divided,” Carlson said. “A country can only survive if its leaders make decisions that benefit its own people — not foreign governments, not global corporations, not lobbyists.”

Greene echoed his point, saying that for decades, both parties had “enslaved themselves to big industries and foreign interests,” while Trump “forced them to remember that they work for the American people.”

Pillar Two: Secure Borders

The second pillar is national sovereignty and border control — the right of Americans to decide who enters their country. Carlson recounted how Trump’s push to “build the wall” revealed the deep resistance inside Washington to protecting national borders. “It turned out the Republican Party didn’t want to build a wall,” Carlson said. “They didn’t want borders because they weren’t nationalists. They were globalists.”

For Greene, the border issue defines Washington’s betrayal of everyday Americans. “If you don’t have borders, you don’t have a country,” she said. “The people deserve to choose their neighbors, not bureaucrats or foreign governments.”

Pillar Three: No More Pointless Wars

Carlson’s third pillar called for an end to endless foreign wars and the rejection of global adventurism that drains national strength and treasure. “Trump was the only president in modern history who didn’t start a new war,” Carlson said. Quoting Trump’s 2023 remarks, he added, “We can’t keep spending hundreds of billions protecting people who don’t even like us.”

Pillar Four: Real Jobs and Real Economy

The fourth pillar, economic nationalism, demands an end to globalist trade deals and financialization that hollowed out the American middle class. “Globalization helped bankers. It helped the finance class,” Carlson said. “But it left millions of Americans with nothing but poverty and heartache.”

Pillar Five: Free Speech

Finally, Carlson defined free speech as the bedrock of American freedom — the right from which all others flow. “Can you say what you actually think?” he asked. “That’s the difference between slavery and freedom.” Trump, he explained, became a champion of this right not through theory, but by example, “saying things you’re not supposed to say and refusing to apologize.”

Ted Cruz Claims $3 Billion in U.S. Aid to Israel Is a “Bargain” Thanks to Mossad Intelligence — A Price Americans Should Question

At the recent Christians United for Israel Summit, Sen. Ted Cruz doubled down on a long-debated issue, defending the over $3 billion the United States sends to Israel annually as “actually a bargain” for American national security.

However, Cruz’s justification for this massive expenditure marks yet another example of how Zionist politicians continue to steer American policy in ways that are detrimental to U.S. interests and sovereignty.

In a remarkable display of political theater, Cruz claimed the hefty U.S. aid to Israel pays off because it grants U.S. access to Mossad’s top-level intelligence capabilities. “The three billion dollars the United States sends to Israel each year is actually a bargain because in return America gains access to Mossad’s top-level intelligence,” Cruz said. He further explained the inflated cost that would come with replicating such an intelligence apparatus domestically: “If the United States were to replicate Mossad internally, it would easily run into tens of billions of dollars—and that’s only for one intelligence service.”

Michael Wolff Announces Plans to Question Melania Trump Under Oath in Explosive Epstein Lawsuit

Michael Wolff, the controversial author famous for his insider accounts of the Trump White House, has escalated his legal battle against former First Lady Melania Trump by announcing plans to subpoena and question her under oath.

The announcement follows Wolff’s countersuit in response to a threatened $1 billion defamation lawsuit from Melania’s legal team.

In an exclusive interview on the Daily Beast’s Inside Trump’s Head podcast, Wolff detailed the scope of his legal strategy and its implications. “My lawyers went into court and sued the first lady,” Wolff said flatly. He explained that the countersuit invokes New York’s anti-SLAPP laws designed to protect speech, alleging that Melania’s threatened lawsuit is a strategic attempt to silence him. “Her suit is a SLAPP suit—suing so I will shut up,” Wolff said.

Wall Street in shock as Target abruptly slashes 1,800 HQ roles as jobs apocalypse spreads

Target said Thursday it will eliminate about 1,800 corporate positions as it looks to save money and reinvent itself after nearly three years of falling sales.

The cuts — roughly 8 percent of Target's 22,000 corporate staff — will primarily affect its US workforce, the company said.

The move adds to a wave of job cuts across the US this year.

Employees were told the company will outline the changes in detail next Tuesday and that corporate staff will work remotely next week as layoffs are finalized.

'The truth is, the complexity we've created over time has been holding us back,' incoming CEO Michael Fiddelke said in a memo obtained by the Wall Street Journal that will be sent to staff on Tuesday.

'Too many layers and overlapping work have slowed decisions, making it harder to bring ideas to life.'

Fiddelke, a 20-year Target veteran who currently serves as chief operating officer, will take over as CEO in February. He succeeds Brian Cornell, who will remain executive chairman.

Target's stock price has been on a roller coaster this year, losing more than 30 percent of its value since January.

Trump has crossed a line in interfering in Israel's affairs, ex-Israeli diplomat says

"The nature of the relationship between Israel and the United States is asymmetrical; we are kind of a 'client state,'" he explained.

Former Israeli Consul General to New York, Alon Pinkas, criticized US interference in Israeli affairs in a conversation on Israel-US relations with Ron Kupman and Arieh Eldad on their show on 103FM radio on Friday.

Pinkas expressed anger over US President Donald Trump’s statements, such as his comments on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s trial and the request for a pardon from President Isaac Herzog, as well as his involvement in deciding whether Marwan Barghouti should be released.

"A person comes, admittedly the President of the United States, but a foreign head of state, and intervenes quite bluntly in the internal affairs of another country," Pinkas said.

He added that Trump "doesn't understand at all how the system works in Israel. He thinks it's like in the United States, where the president can pardon people at will, just like he pardoned himself. What does it mean that he's calling for a pardon for Netanyahu? What does it mean that he's considering the future of?"

"Israel has nothing to offer, but the Saudis, Qataris, and Emiratis do. The only thing Israel could offer Trump in exchange for American assistance with the bombings in Iran was a ceasefire in Gaza, and from Trump's perspective, Netanyahu violated his promise more than once."

"It was reported on POLITICO that the anger toward Israel was immense following its response to the ceasefire violation, and that's when he decided that Vance's and Rubio's positions would be firm. Just look at how patronizing they sound," Pinkas added.

If so, the question arises - is Israel becoming an American protectorate? "The story here is not about protection. The nature of the relationship between Israel and the United States is asymmetrical; we are kind of a 'client state,' and in the final calculation of 'for and against' over decades, Israel has benefited from it," he explained.

The change in relations with the Americans

In his view, Netanyahu plays a key role in the shift in American attitudes toward us.

"Israel crossed the line on the question of who is the protectorate and who is the patron, and Netanyahu has a very poor track record on this issue, with the various manipulations and maneuvers he has performed. Trump - he grew fed up, and he decided to make it clear to Israel who the superpower is and who is not. It's unpleasant."

According to him, "When Biden was in office, and before him, Obama and even Clinton, he played the game. He would argue with the president and run to his Republican friends, who would make a huge fuss. But now, there is a Republican administration in the White House, and these maneuvers are no longer relevant," he said.

"Yesterday, a large Reuters poll was published showing that 59% of the American public supports US recognition of a Palestinian state," he added.

Canada Pulls Plug On $75M Anti-Tariff Info War Against Americans After Trump Terminates Trade Talks

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has announced that the $75 million informational campaign targeting Americans will pause on Monday. This means the television commercials in which Canada attempted to persuade Americans on trade policy will come to an end.

America's neighbors to the north screwed around and found out the consequences late Thursday night, when President Trump terminated all trade negotiations in response to the ads attacking U.S. tariffs.

Late Friday afternoon, Ford took to X and wrote:

Our intention was always to initiate a conversation about the kind of economy that Americans want to build and the impact of tariffs on workers and businesses. We've achieved our goal, having reached U.S. audiences at the highest levels. I've directed my team to keep putting our message in front of Americans over the weekend so that we can air our commercial during the first two World Series games.

In speaking with Prime Minister Carney, Ontario will pause its U.S. advertising campaign effective Monday so that trade talks can resume.

The people elected our government to protect Ontario, our workers, businesses, families and communities. That's exactly what I'm doing. Like I said earlier today: Canada and the U.S. are neighbors, friends and allies. We're so much stronger when we work together. Let's work together to build Fortress Am-Can and make our two countries stronger, more prosperous and more secure.

Two Public Employee Unions Side With Illegals, Sue Trump to Block CDL Safety Rules

As the Trump administration works to make our roads safer and prevent illegal immigrants from obtaining commercial driver's' licenses (CDLs), two national public employee unions are filing suit to block the new rules.

Last month, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced emergency rules that would limit the ability of non-citizens to obtain CDLs. The move came after several high-profile fatal accidents caused by illegal immigrants with CDLs, including a crash in Florida that killed three. That driver, Harjinder Singh, could not speak English and failed a road sign test administered after the accident.

Another accident, this time in California, killed three this week. That driver was also an illegal immigrant who was operating a semi while under the influence.

The American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) called the administration's new rules "punitive."

The employee unions challenged a rule implemented by Department of Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy restricting foreign individuals from receiving commercial drivers licenses.

Commercial drivers licenses are used for operating large vehicles such as tractor-trailers and buses. Nineteen states and the District of Columbia allow unauthorized immigrants to receive commercial drivers licenses.

In California, more than 25% of commercial drivers' licenses were improperly issued, according to a Department of Transportation press release.

“The process for issuing these licenses is absolutely 100% broken. It has become a threat to public safety, and it is a national emergency that requires action right now,” Duffy said.

The unions argued these restrictions would prevent asylum seekers, refugees and DACA recipients from accessing commercial driver's licenses.

“This unlawful rule seems intended to put people authorized to work in the United States out of work, solely because of the prejudices of the Trump administration,” said Wendy Liu, attorney at Public Citizen Litigation Group, in a news release.

Appalling new Jeffrey Epstein scandal as ex-Microsoft boss is accused of sending disgusting birthday letter to pedo

Former Microsoft boss Nathan Myhrvold is among the 'friends' who contributed to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein's birthday book, it has been claimed.

The letter allegedly written by Myhrvold was accompanied by graphic photographs of sex acts and engorged animal genitalia.

The former Microsoft Chief Technology Officer allegedly snapped the photographs during a trip to Africa, the letter stated.

The letter was included in a 238-page book marking the financier's 50th birthday in 2003. The book was released by Congress last month, but details of the disgusting message were unearthed Friday by The Seattle Times.

Myhrvold's note hailed Epstein for being his so-called lifestyle advisor.

'A few years ago somebody at a party asked me "Does Jeffrey Epstein manage your money?"' he reportedly penned. 'I replied "No, but he advises me on lifestyle". The guys eyes bugged out of his head and he said "REALLY?"'

The multimillionaire has also been named as a passenger on Epstein's private jet, the Lolita Express, flight logs from the 1990s revealed.

Myhrvold has claimed he and Epstein were only 'passing acquaintances' and that he regrets knowing him. He has not acknowledged the birthday book images he is accused of sending Epstein.

US intrusive operation over Gaza skies: surveillance drones track fragile cease-fire

New York Times reports that the US military is operating surveillance drones over Gaza to verify compliance with the cease-fire; The move, made with Israel’s consent, signals Washington’s desire for independent oversight

The U.S. military has begun operating surveillance drones over the Gaza Strip in recent days as part of a broader effort to ensure that both Hamas and Israel are complying with the fragile cease-fire, The New York Times reported Friday, citing Israeli and American defense officials.

The drones are operated from a U.S. command center recently established on the outskirts of Kiryat Gat, and are being used to closely monitor developments in Gaza.

According to two Israeli military officials and one American defense official, the surveillance flights are being conducted with Israel’s consent. The sources said the monitoring operation is designed to assist the U.S. command center’s activities in Israel—another sign of Washington’s direct oversight of the cease-fire’s implementation.

Throughout the war, the IDF has relied heavily on drones for intelligence collection in its campaign against Hamas. However, the new U.S. flights suggest that Washington now seeks an independent, firsthand understanding of the situation on the ground, rather than relying solely on Israeli reporting. The U.S. State Department and the IDF declined to comment on the report.

Several Israeli and American officials, including a former U.S. diplomat, expressed surprise at the decision to deploy surveillance drones during a cease-fire, given the close military ties between the two allies.

‘Don’t turn into the Bidens’ – Putin aide to Trump administration

The previous US administration’s approach towards Russia failed, Kirill Dmitriev has said

The administration of US President Donald Trump should avoid turning “into the Bidens” by following the same misguided and failed policies that have already proven futile in relations with Russia, President Vladimir Putin’s aide Kirill Dmitriev has said.

Dmitriev made the remarks during a visit to the US on Friday, which comes just days after Washington announced new anti-Russian sanctions targeting oil giants Rosneft and Lukoil. The presidential aide described the measures as “unfriendly steps,” insisting that “the language of pressure does not work with Russia.”

Such actions resemble the strategy employed by former President Joe Biden, Dmitriev said, warning the Trump administration against repeating an approach that has already proven futile.

“Sanctions and unfriendly measures will have no impact on the Russian economy. They will only lead to growing prices at United States gas stations because the prices are already going up,” the aide said. “We will convey to our American colleagues that they must not become the Bidens, must not follow the false, completely wrong and failed approaches of Biden and his administration,” Dmitriev added.

Despite Washington’s latest moves, Russia remains open to cooperation, Dmitriev maintained. “The potential for economic cooperation with Russia remains, but only if there is a respectful attitude toward Russia’s national interests,” he said.

Putin stated on Thursday that the new sanctions would not have a significant impact on Russia’s economy, adding that Moscow would never bow to pressure. When asked about the Russian leader’s reaction, Trump said he was “glad” Putin “feels that way” but insisted the impact of sanctions should be reassessed in six months. The Kremlin later expressed skepticism over the US president’s forecast.

The Russian economy has been demonstrating steady growth over the past few years despite the unprecedented Western sanctions. GDP grew by 3.6% in 2023 and by 4.3% in 2024.
