IMO, this is one of the most intriguing and, potentially, important things Dr. James Lacatski has said:
"If full human capabilities were known to us right now, [the phenomenon] is not something that we need to fear. Our capabilities…have never been fully revealed and we're still learning. We've got a long way to evolve still." ~JL
(Well, for those of us who have studied things like remote viewing, spoon bending, telepathy, etc., it's rather obvious that, as a species, we have not realized our full potential.
And since our full human capabilities are NOT known to the majority of us, is the phenomenon something we need to fear? Or at least be concerned about?
This is one of my favorite interviews @g_knapp and @JeremyCorbell have done.
Lacatski said he was asked by a congressional office about David Grusch's testimony at the hearing in July of 2023.)
Lacatksi: "I said, 'I don't have a comment. What [Grusch is] saying is credible. It's reasonable what he's saying."
Corbell: "Okay, it's reasonable that we have UFOs we're reverse engineering, that there are biologicals associated with those craft."
Lacatski: "Well, we didn't cover biologicals because I can't say anything about that. Uh."
Corbell: "Why can't you say, you don't know, or?"
Lacatski: "Uh. I can't say anything about that, Jeremy (laughs)."
Corbell: "Okay, no, that's great, that's great. So just another question about that, right? The big question with David Grusch was there like, well, he didn't see a UFO.
Now you're in a meeting in the Capitol Hill, and you're telling them, 'We have a UFO, we've gotten inside of it.' Did you see it yourself?"
Lacatski: "Can't answer that."
Corbell: "Okay, but if the answer was 'no,' you could answer that, right?"
Lacatski: "No, that comes…goes back to something that occurred, a similar question, very similar to your question. It wasn't asked by you, but it was asked to Colm, and he said, 'We found no smoking gun.'
That is the standard answer we're to give. So I could say 'No,' and it still not be the truth. So the thing is, is security is paramount, we followed the rules, and there's a good reason to follow them."
(Lacatski was being brutally honest: We will be not give a truthful answer if it might also give valuable information to our adversaries, and thus, hurt national security. Just like when Dr. Eric Davis said, "You’re going to be lied to, because that’s the rule.")

Corbell: "Yeah, you can't tell me that good reason. We've talked about that. You can't give me that good reason, but you're alluding to a really good reason why you can't tell me more about biologics, UFOs, exploitation.
You can only say what you said. I get that. I wish you could give me a good reason, because it makes me very suspicious. It makes people like me very suspicious. But what is it? Is the reason so dark, is it so disturbing?"
(With Lacatski, the reason seems to always come down to: You can't tell your friends without telling your enemies.)
Lacatski: "Oh, I see. If you want my opinion on that, I see no darkness at all here."
Corbell: "Okay."
(No darkness. So does he see the phenomenon as benevolent? I don't think so. What if it's an intelligence that is above us on the food chain and sees us as we see less-intelligent creatures?
Most of us eat/use cows, pigs and chickens for food and mice for experiments, and consider them a resource for us, and we don't consider ourselves evil or engaging in "darkness" because of it.
It's part of the food chain and way of life. Is that what Lacatski means? Is that what's happening with the phenomenon? Is it "just"a higher intelligence using us clueless humans as a resource?
And can we put a stop to it if we stop being clueless and realize our full capabilities as human beings?)
Lacatski: "Basically. There is some considerable write ups on 'Skinwalkers at the Pentagon' that our program was stopped due to religious concerns from the far right.
Well, if there were, I knew nothing about that. I saw no evidence of that being true. I did not witness any of that. And I think that that's come up in some of these congressional hearings."
Knapp: "Let me put it this way. In 'Skinwalkers at the Pentagon' - and Colm has backed us up in public statements - both of you indicated that you are on the trail of reverse engineering crashed saucer, metamaterials, weird stuff.
You went knocking at different places, and the door was slammed in your face. That sounds like you were looking for exactly what we're talking about right here. Is that wrong?"
Lacatski: "Of course not, that was part of the program. But I'm saying the door being slammed in our face wasn't because of suspected demonic activities within this, at all.
In fact, I would say there's evidence that this is something of a nature that, uh, uh… Well, I better not say much more. If full human capabilities were known to us right now, it is not something that we need to fear.
And I do not, I just don't believe it… Maybe I'm influenced by my Catholic faith? I don't know but I'm optimistic. I think everything heads toward good."
(I hope we get to hear Lacatski share his full thoughts on this because he's obviously not holding back due to it being classified information. "I better not say much more," tells me he COULD say more but chose not to in that interview.)
Corbell: "What do you mean by, if a full human capabilities were understood, there would be nothing to fear?"
Lacatski: "Oh, we don't use any, uh… We'll get into that later, at some later point.
But our capabilities… As Colm well knows - he's probably an expert in all of these areas, more so than me - is our capabilities are…have never been fully revealed and we're still learning, we've got a long way to evolve still."

Something just CRASHED at Area 51 and they're COVERING IT UP | Redacted News
Oct 23, 2025
On September 23, 2025, a mysterious aircraft reportedly crashed just beyond the boundary of Area 51… It happened near their restricted zone.
In the days that followed, authorities launched a large-scale recovery and cleanup effort.
Armed security personnel—often referred to as “camo dudes”—were seen guarding dirt roads branching off the main highway, while the FAA established a temporary no-fly zone over the area citing reasons of national security.

A century after Nikola Tesla sketched a sky-powered capacitor, labs are quietly proving he was pointing in the right direction — we finally have the nanotechnology, field measurements, and materials to harvest micro-power from the air itself.
In 1901, Tesla patented a grounded condenser with an elevated plate to siphon “radiant energy” from the sky. His idea went nowhere because the physics and materials weren’t ready.
The document reads like a blueprint for today’s atmospheric electricity devices.
Peer-reviewed work now shows nanoporous films can generate continuous electricity from humidity — a general “Air-gen” effect confirmed across material families — while the atmosphere’s own DC battery (≈ +250 kV ionosphere; ≈ 100 V/m at the surface) is mapped by modern balloons and drones.
Triboelectric and droplet harvesters turn rain, mist and motion into charge — modern riffs on Lord Kelvin’s water dropper — and are now rugged enough for marine and outdoor sensors. This is not grid power; it’s self-powered infrastructure where wires and batteries fail.
Lightning capture remains a techno-myth — impressive energy, terrible economics and storage — but humidity and atmospheric-field harvesters are real, scalable and quiet. Tesla’s dream survives not as a thunderbolt, but as a film-thin trickle that makes networks live off the sky
