"Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) just released a document containing the handwritten signatures of former Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco and FBI Director Christopher Wray approving the opening of the Arctic Frost investigation. The authorization shows the limited detail and basis for opening a major case that was later used as a vehicle to obtain investigative information from dozens of Republican entities and individuals, including President Trump and at least nine Members of Congress.
