Proposed 29th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States
Section 1.
If it is conclusively established by final judicial determination that a federal election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States was decided by fraud or unlawful interference sufficient to alter the outcome of said election, the result of that election shall be declared null and void.
Section 2.
If the term of office corresponding to the fraudulent election has not expired, the rightful winner, as determined by lawful vote count, shall be entitled to assume the offices of President and Vice President and serve the remainder of the term.
Section 3.
If the term corresponding to the fraudulent election has fully elapsed, the individual determined to have been the rightful winner shall be eligible to seek election to the presidency in a future election, notwithstanding any limitation imposed by the Twenty-Second Amendment or any other provision of law.
Section 4.
Any person knowingly participating in, directing, or conspiring to commit election fraud or unlawful interference as defined in Section 1 shall be permanently disqualified from holding any federal office and shall be subject to criminal penalties as prescribed by Congress.
Section 5.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
