I don't understand why almost everyone is fixated on "the debt".
The "debt" is a fraudulent scheme, a Ponzi scheme. Fraud vitiates all so why even contemplate rewarding the criminals of the central banks? Prosecute them and void the debt, revalue our gold at market price and print new currency based on tangible assets.
