Cop/domestic enemy trying to violate the 4th amendment for a trespass warning but people know their rights and are not having it. Why is it cops don't understand a trespass warning does NOT give them authority to get under the 4th amendment? This is not a difficult concept to grasp. You can't demand ID until you have REASONABLE ARTICULABLE SUSPICION of a CRIME. A trespass warning IS NOT A CRIME, so you may not lawfully demand ID. This has always been the case, but cops don't understand basic law. The people should not have to argue with cops to protect their rights and deal with cops harassing them to give up their rights.
Domestic Enemies to the Constitution of the United States try several tactics to stop man from lawfully recording them in their duties, first claiming he's trespassing when he's on an easement, no owner complained of him trespassing. Then claiming he's on probation and they will contact his probation officer and "let her know" of his behavior, then claiming he's IN a crime scene and giving him an unlawful order, then arresting him for refusing the unlawful order. Deprivation of rights under color of law is a crime and those who do it belong in prison.

So a king is preferable to having freedom if the king is to your liking?
Many will swear they love freedom, they even think they do, but they hate it with an absolute passion. What they love and want is a king, a dictator, be it a man or a group, who agrees with/likes and disagrees with/dislikes the same things as them. If they agree/like it, everyone should be "free" to do it, or even forced (mandates?) but if they don't agree/like it, it should be illegal and even if it's not illegal it should be and you should suffer for doing it because they said so!
Unfortunately that is the "freedom" many who claim to love freedom actually love.
I feel the problem is those who make it so a supposedly FREE people can't buy or sell certain things without a certain mark giving them "authority" to do so.
