The Circuit Court 13th Civil Chamber complained of “deeply anti-democratic, anti-justice, autocratic or fascist tendencies in the Trump administration,” the judge said in a ruling on a suit by an internet user complaining of US access to his data.

Chinese Nationals Arrested In Georgia For Attempting To Buy Black Market Uranium

In an entirely bizarre and alarming story emerging out of the Republic of Georgia, the country's State Security Service announced Saturday that three Chinese nationals had been arrested in Tbilisi for allegedly attempting to illegally purchase two kilograms of uranium.

They are accused of attempting to illegally obtain "nuclear material," Interpress news agency reported as cited in Reuters. It's unclear whether the suspects have any official links with the Chinese government or its military or intelligence services, however. The suspects intended to buy the uranium for $400,000 and smuggle it to China through Russia, Georgian security and intelligence officials detailed further.

Statements from Georgian security services describe a case where the traffickers were caught red-handed. "According to the authorities, a Chinese citizen already in Georgia, who was in breach of Georgian visa regulations, brought experts to Georgia to search for uranium throughout the country," CBS writes.

"Other members of the criminal group coordinated the operation from China, the statement said." Further:

The perpetrators were identified and detained while "negotiating the details of the illegal transaction," the security service said.

The suspects are facing charges which could bring up to ten years in prison. The scenario of foreigners on risky missions to procure nuclear material in Georgia is not far-fetched, given reports of similar illicit trafficking instances over past years.

The Russian delegation has been busy communicating Moscow’s position to their US counterparts, Dmitriev, who heads the Russian Direct Investment Fund, said in a video address posted on Telegram.

During the meeting, “the president was informed that 5,000 Ukrainian troops are encircled near Kupyansk, 5,500 near Krasnoarmeysk [Pokrovsk],” he said, referring to cities in Ukraine’s Kharkov Region and Russia’s Donetsk People’s Republic, respectively. US officials have been briefed on the “successful testing of the completely new Burevestnik nuclear-powered missile,” he added.

“It’s crucial that this information is communicated directly to the leadership and key officials in the US presidential administration,” Dmitriev added.

The visit of the Russian delegation comes after US President Donald Trump called off a summit with Putin in Budapest. Chinese Communist Party Making Millions in UK Gov’t Contracts for Migrant Hotels: Report

A report from the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC) has found that the Chinese Communist Party is directly profiting from Britain’s migrant hotel scheme to house supposed asylum seekers, many of whom break into the country illegally via the English Channel from the beaches of France.

According to the IPAC audit of the Sino-British economic relationship, the CCP, or entities and people under its control, currently hold £190 billion in UK assets, including schools, national infrastructure such as Heathrow airport, wind farms, power networks, billions of shares in FTSE-listed companies, and properties, including migrant hotels.

Among the Chinese-owned assets listed in the report include three migrant hotels in Britain that have collectively been awarded millions in Home Office contracts, The Sunday Times reported.

One of the firms, Kew Green Hotels, a £300 million business which owns and operates over 60 hotels, is entirely owned by the Communist Party through Beijing’s China Tourism Group Corporation.

It currently owns Holiday Inns in Kent and Cheshire, both of which faced anti-migrant hotel protests in August following nationwide outrage over the government scheme and concern for the safety of communities following the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl by an Ethiopian hotel migrant in Epping.

The report estimated that the two migrant hotels, both of which are block booked by the state to house alleged asylum seekers, have earned the Chinese firm around £15 million through Home Office contracts.

Another Chinese cutout, Campanile, an asset of the Shanghai city government, also owns a hotel in Cardiff, which has been housing supposed asylum seekers for the British government since 2022.

Deep State Prosecutor Who Authored Leaked Letitia James Memo Was Fired After She Sent Case Files to Her Personal Email Account

Elizabeth Yusi, the Deep State prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) who authored the leaked Letitia James memo, was fired after she allegedly sent case files to her personal email account.

ABC News obtained the memo authored by EDVA senior prosecutor Elizabeth Yusi. Interim US Attorney Lindsey Halligan fired Yusi last week.

ABC News selectively leaked the memo to try to discredit the indictment against Letitia James.

New York Attorney General Letitia James was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia earlier this month.

According to the DOJ, Letitia James was charged with two crimes: Bank Fraud under 18 U.S.C. Section 1344 and False Statements to a Financial Institution under 18 U.S.C. Section 1014.

According to portions of the memo leaked to ABC News, the Deep State prosecutors who refused to indict Letitia James claim the evidence they found undercuts Lindsey Halligan’s case.

CNN reported that Yusi was partly fired for sending investigative files on Letitia James to her personal email account.

Yusi was also fired for authoring the leaked memo and for refusing to charge Letitia James, CNN reported.

Yusi’s attorney told CNN that her client never used a personal email account for James’s investigation.

The Virginia federal prosecutor who resisted bringing mortgage fraud charges against New York Attorney General Letitia James sent investigative files with James’ personally identifying information to her own private email account, according an email reviewed by CNN.

The prosecutor, Beth Yusi, was dismissed earlier this month at least in part because of the mishandling of the personal information, people familiar with her termination said.

Yusi’s attorney Margaret Donovan told CNN that the former prosecutor “has no record of any such email” and “has never used her personal email account for any portion of any investigation.”

“Ms. Yusi is a well-respected prosecutor, a leader among her peers, and a consummate professional with nearly two decades of experience,” Donovan said.

Sharing evidence from an ongoing investigation is typically not a violation of the law if it does not include classified information, but it does violate DOJ policy.

Letitia James was arraigned in a court in Norfolk, Virginia, on Friday. She pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Trial is set for January 26, 2026.

A transnational terror network run by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force is behind a string of recent attacks on Jewish sites in Western countries, the Mossad intelligence agency said on Sunday.

According to Israel’s spy agency, senior IRGC-Quds Force commander Sardar Ammar heads the network, which intensified its efforts to attack Jewish and Israeli sites around the world since the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on southern Israel.

Ammar commands some 11,000 operatives in carrying out covert operations, Mossad alleged.

The network carried out vandalism and arson attacks against Jewish businesses and communal institutions, Mossad said, “aiming to intimidate communities and create conditions that could lead to more serious attacks.”

Sardar’s network also planned attacks against senior Jewish communal figures, it said.

Mossad pointed to three particular incidents tied to the network, among several more it uncovered in cooperation with foreign intelligence agencies.

In July 2024, Greece’s anti-terrorism police arrested seven people, including two Iranians, over separate arson attacks against an Israeli-owned hotel and a synagogue in central Athens earlier that year.

In July of this year, German prosecutors said that Danish police had arrested a man suspected of gathering information on Jewish locations and individuals in Berlin for Iranian intelligence. He spied on three properties in June, “presumably in preparation for further intelligence activities in Germany, possibly including terrorist attacks on Jewish targets,” prosecutors said.

The next month, Australia blamed Iran for involvement in two 2024 arson attacks, at the Adass Israel Synagogue in Melbourne and a kosher restaurant in Sydney, using criminals and members of organized crime gangs. Canberra also expelled Iran’s ambassador, and said it would list the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terror organization. It marked the first time Australia has expelled an ambassador since World War II.

Chikli said the system also helps the ministry understand who the “engines of antisemitism” are, be they politicians or influencers or organizations.

The ministry’s tool enables them to understand who is spreading antisemitism, Chikli added, which is the first step to combating it.

The team at the Diaspora Ministry has also maintained constant correspondence with the leadership of social networks, especially TikTok. The platform, which Chikli said was particularly problematic at the start of the war, has taken many steps to try to prevent antisemitism.

“TikTok is better now than it was 10 months ago, but there is still a lot of work to do [regarding social networks], especially on X,” Chikli said.

Speaking on allegations by some that the Diaspora Ministry politicizes antisemitism, Chikli said this was “not true, it’s not accurate.” Critics of the ministry have argued that the ministry overly focuses on left-wing, and not right-wing, Jew-hatred. He noted that the ministry does a lot of work monitoring anti-Israel influencers, such as Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson, who are both right-wing commentators.

Chikli also spoke on his suspicion regarding right-wing anti-Israel influencer Dan Bilzerian, who “all of a sudden became an Islam promoter.”

“All of a sudden, [Bilzerian] has changed the narrative. He is speaking about the Quran and Islam and the state of Israel.”

While Chikli noted that it was too early to tell, he suggested that there might be “a Qatari effort behind some of these influencers and the changes they have made in their opinions.”

“I have said from the beginning of the war, the cooperation with Qatar regarding the hostages is a grave mistake because Qatar should have been pressed first and foremost by the Americans and also by Israel to pay the price for their support of Hamas,” Chikli stressed.

“I don’t see Qatar as a friendly state. I don’t see Qatar as a fair mediator in the negotiations.”“Qatar is an enemy state,” Chikli told the Post.

Canada's "Final Solution": Disabled Canadians Being Pressured Into Assisted Suicide During Routine Doctor Visits

It has been revealed that many disabled Canadians are being pressured into ending their lives with euthanasia during routine medical appointments.

Inclusion Canada CEO Krista Carr told Parliament that disabled Canadians feel pressure to choose assisted suicide and that this is a ‘weekly’ occurrence due to MAiD expansion to the non-terminally ill.

LifeSteNews reports: During an October 8 session of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Carr, an advocate against Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), explained that Canada’s expansion of MAiD to the non-terminally ill has led to people with disabilities being pressured to end their lives during unrelated medical visits.

“Since the bill was brought in around Track 2 MAID … that has certainly changed people’s interactions with the healthcare system,” she explained, referring to the 2021 expansion that allowed those who are chronically ill but not terminally ill to be euthanized.

“People with disabilities are now very much afraid in many circumstances to show up in the health care system with regular health concerns, because often MAID is suggested as a solution to what is considered to be intolerable suffering,” she revealed.

Conservative Member of Parliament Garnett Genuis questioned how often people with disabilities are encouraged to have themselves euthanatized. Carr responded that this is a “weekly” occurrence for Canadians living with disabilities.

Carr warned that Canadians living with disabilities are disproportionately targeted by the MAiD expansion because their medical conditions leave them vulnerable to the euthanasia mindset within hospitals. Additionally, according to Carr, “poverty” is considered “intolerable suffering,” making a person eligible to receive MAiD.

Carr’s statement supports internal documents from Ontario doctors in 2024 that revealed Canadians are choosing euthanasia because of poverty and loneliness, not as a result of a terminal illness.

In one case, an Ontario doctor revealed that a middle-aged worker, whose ankle and back injuries had left him unable to work, felt that the government’s insufficient support was “leaving (him) with no choice but to pursue MAiD.”

Other cases included an obese woman who described herself as a “useless body taking up space,” which one doctor argued met the requirements for MAiD because obesity is “a medical condition which is indeed grievous and irremediable.”

Overall, 116 of Ontario’s 4,528 euthanasia deaths in 2023 involved non-terminal patients, with many of those killed from impoverished communities.

Data from Ontario’s chief coroner for 2023 revealed that over three-quarters of those euthanized when death wasn’t imminent required disability support before their death.

Investigators said the man had rented a small storage unit in the industrial complex, which they suspect was used to store and distribute the drugs. Police described him as a key figure in the criminal network believed to be behind the smuggling operation.

The suspect remains in custody and is expected to appear before a court in Kowloon City. He faces two counts of trafficking in dangerous drugs, an offense that carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of up to NIS 2.1 million under Hong Kong law.

Kentucky YouTuber 'Mr Crafty Pants' charged with possession of child sexual material

Police launched a probe into the 39-year-old content creator, who has more than 600,000 subscribers, after the social media app flagged his account.

Popular YouTube creator Michael David Booth, also known as “Mr. Crafty Pants,” was arrested on Wednesday after it was alleged that he possessed and traded illicit images of children on social media.

It is alleged that Booth repeatedly shared images of children on the social media messaging app Kik, according to Wave News.

The report says that Booth possessed six photos—three showing children under the age of 12 and three others depicting teenagers—which he shared more than 15 times with users between August 4 and August 7.

Police launched a probe into the 39-year-old content creator, who has more than 600,000 subscribers, after the social media app flagged his account. The account was traced back to an IP address linked to Booth’s Norton Commons, Kentucky, home.

“It’s scary to think what he could have had access to,” said his neighbor, Laura Nash. She said she immediately asked her children if they had ever interacted with Booth following his arrest. “It feels like a gut punch. It makes you feel really vulnerable. It’s terrifying, as a mom, to hear about something like this. It just makes you realize that you’re not safe anywhere.”

Nash described their neighbourhood as being family-friendly and said that Booth was also friends with many of her mutual friends online. “I know that he followed a bunch of my friends online, so it’s worrying to me to wonder what he may have been viewing of their life,” she added, saying that it’s an “eye-opener for sure.”

The outlet reports that Booth has been charged with possession and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. He was arraigned on Thursday with a bond set at $150,000.

If released, he would be placed on house arrest and be denied internet access. He is due back in court on Friday.

Paedophiles exploiting Australia’s broken childcare system as safeguards crumble

Paedophiles have infiltrated Australia’s $22 billion childcare industry by exploiting lax regulation, piecemeal oversight and glaring staffing inadequacies, a major Four Corners investigation has uncovered.

The full scale of this crisis has been hidden — until now.

We have identified almost 150 childcare workers convicted, charged, or accused of sexual abuse and inappropriate conduct. Half of the 42 people convicted were sentenced in the last five years alone and another 14 are currently before the courts.

The public records we have pieced together show the rate of offending in childcare is increasing — exposing a system that has allowed predators to thrive.

With barely 15 per cent of reports of child sexual abuse leading to charges and only 2 per cent leading to a conviction, experts say the real number of predators who have worked in childcare over the years is likely in the thousands.

Drawing on more than 200,000 pages of previously confidential documents, police tip-offs, court records and evidence from parents, educators, whistleblowers and experts, the investigation exposes a system so broken it has created a perfect storm for abuse.

“The psychology of these people is to seek out opportunity, and childcare centres represent an excellent opportunity for them,” said Drew Viney, the former head of AFP’s National Victim Identification Unit, who helped catch one of the country’s most prolific paedophiles, childcare worker Ashley Griffith.

“The safeguards aren’t there … there’s failures at multiple levels from what I’ve witnessed firsthand.”

“These monsters are thriving in these spaces because it’s so easy for them,” said the mother of a child who was repeatedly sexually abused by Griffith in NSW.

Our analysis shows that most of the abuse occurs in for-profit centres, where cost-cutting, high staff turnover, and routinely breached or gamed child-to-staff ratios leave supervision dangerously thin.

Staff burnout, low pay, and fast-tracked training courses are also gutting quality and oversight.

It’s a trend that worries Michael Bourke, a global authority on child sex offenders. A forensic psychologist who has interviewed more than 1,200 offenders, he founded and led the US Marshal Behavioural Analysis Unit — one of the first teams to use behavioural science to hunt offenders.

“Predators are drawn to childcare for the same reason that fishermen are drawn to the place where there’s the most fish,” Dr Bourke said.

“The predators are going to look for any prey-rich environment, any environment in which there’s children, and then there’s a decreased chance of being detected. So they’re going to be looking for places where there’s instant trust … and lack of supervision.”
