I don't know what can break the cycle.

A bad judge has a conscious or even unconscious incentive to under-penalize the guilty (projection), and over-penalize the far less guilty or even especially the innocent (Tina Petters?) out of the judges fear of ever being caught out themselves. We are DEEP in the cycle at this time. Uprooting ONE Judge is hard enough, but now id suspect the ratio/percentage are far more than half of Judges are rot, on the take, blackmailed or sociopathic/psychopathic ignorant of the principles intended purpose of keeping Government from becoming what We have today.

We the People have plenty of our own problems no matter whatEVER is going on inside the Halls of "Government".

But in this kind of situation, there is a massive amplified feedback loop pushing all of us in the wrong direction.

When government corrupts, like this Judge thing in particular, the inversion of justice really stings. Guilty get off easy and thus recidivism skyrockets.

The far less guilty or especially the innocent, are paying VASTLY disproportionalโ€ฆ

only further incentivizing the good and innocent to feel 'FUCK IT!'.

A negative feedback loop of horrible kind.
