Cop owes court $50 + court costs FOR 12 YEARS, knows he has a warrant and finally goes to court and "can't" pay $50 fine that day, and as he's yawning says "can't have a warrant on a police officer" to the judge. Judge gets pissed says he had 12 years, tells him to go out in the hall and figure out how to pay today because he's not giving him extra time.
Isn't a cop in such financial hardship a major red flag?

As part of the sentencing, the judge imposed a $50 fine plus court costs to be paid by the defendant by September 10, 2013.
Defendant failed to pay the fine and court costs by the due date.
On December 12, 2013, the court set a contempt hearing for the defendant to show cause for his failure to pay.
The defendant did not show up to the contempt hearing and the judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
On October 21, 2025, the Defendant turned himself into the Court to address the active bench warrant.
Court records show that in City of Conneaut v. Brian McCoy (Case No. 13CRB00394), the defendant was able to pay the unpaid fine on the date of his court appearance.

When he says no, the cop makes up nonsense about citing him for walking in the road. When he points out theres no sidewalk, other cop claims he has to walk within certain distance (he doesn't know) of the side. Man points out their vehicles are blocking the side, cop shrugs. Man asks for cops name and badge number, cop refuses. When man asks what if he wants to file a complain, cop demands to know what for.
