Most of them are Bullies with Badges.

They don't really know the law. They are posers who like to throw their weight around and have giant egos. Many of them are perverts and sadists.

Every once in a while, there might be a good cop, but they are ruled by the Fraternal Order of Police Good Ol' Boys' Club (even if they are a female cop) and they can never, ever, rat out one of their own.

Their real agenda is to get that police pension after they put in enough years.
