Anon deal with crippling exhaustion daily and does some kind of light physical activity to power through it. Here is something to help get more oxygen into her lungs to help not be tired. Additionally, some very light weights could help. Second, it could be the inflammation blocking and making her tired. Would try to incorporate ginger tea.(Ginger is also a blood thinner, so use caution.) Other spices: garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, chili peppers, clove, rosemary, coriander, and cardamom all have anti-inflammatory properties, so have her eat foods that contain any of these throughout the day. You can also have her eat (fermented not high processed) sauerkraut, blackberries, blueberries, tart cherries, citrus, apples, grapes and/or pears which also help with inflammation.
