President Trump: We will be having some discussions; I think we've already agreed to a lot of things, and we'll agree to some more right now. But President Xi is a great leader of a great country, and I think we're gonna have a fantastic relationship for a long period of time.
President Xi: In the face of wind, waves, and challenges, you and I, at the helm of China/U.S. relations, should stay the right course, and ensure the steady sailing forward of the giant ship of China/U.S. relations. I always believe that China's development goes hand in hand with your vision to Make America Great Again. Our two countries are fully able to help each other succeed and prosper together. Over the years, I have stated in public many times, that China and the United states should be partners and friends. This is what history has taught us, and what reality we demand.
President Trump [Air Force One]: On Fentanyl, he agreed [Xi] that he was gong to work very hard to stop the flow. You know, it's a very complex subject, because it's used for lots of different reasons, including anesthetics, but he's going to work very hard on it; precursors, and I think you're going to see some real action.
President Trump: I'll be going to China in April, and he'll be coming here [Xi] sometime after that, whether it's in Florida, Palm Beach, or Washington, D.C..
President Trump: We have more nuclear weapons than anybody. We don't do testing; we've halted it years, many years ago. But with others doing testing, I think it's appropriate we do also.
Reporter: Any details around the testing, sir? Like where, when?
President Trump: It'll be announced. You know, we have test sites. It'll be announced.
President Trump: We have more than anybody [nuclear weapons]. But I see them testing. I say, well, if they're gonna test, I guess we have to test. I'd like to see a denuclearization. Because we have no many; Russia's second, China is third, and China will catch up within four or five years. I think deescalation will be a; they will call it denuclearization, would be a tremendous thing. It's something; we are actually talking to Russia about that, and China would be added to that if we do something.
