No one elects cops anywhere, they are hired by th Chief of Police, or a small private board. Without voting, there is no way to fire or hire them by WTP. I already made a voting program that can create recallable ballots so people can change their votes that would solve this very problem, but like most things I say, it falls on deaf ears as nothing is ever done to foster it. Keep speaking, this is a war and not a movie, everything is subjected to change.
