The Canadian Charter of Rights allows freedom of worship when it doesn't conflict with public safety concerns. I don't believe the US Constitution has the same clause. Freedom of Speech and Worship might be 2 different things because those are allegiances, which might fall into another Amendment than Speech.
Freedom of Speech means I can be given the same platform as anyone else, it doesn't mean my speech can't bear conseuence.
