Anon would like to see free health care. Not the govt/socialist/taxpayer crap that everyone thinks, but something well funded by the pharma and food industries as the penalty for making us all sick. Once people have recovered from the poisons those industries forced on us, people could begin contributing if they got sick or injured. The incentive for food and pharma would be a reduction/elimination of penalties over time as the population recovers.
People need to be paid for their time, skill and experience. Maybe that pay looks more like a chicken or materials through a barter arrangement, but something needs to go both ways.
