Kash Patel FLIPS OUT After Kirk Assassination Foreign Ties Probed

Joe Kent is the National Counterterrorism Center Director and is also a deputy to Tulsi Gabbard, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). He examined FBI files concerning the Charlie Kirk murder over the past several weeks to investigate whether Tyler Robinson, the man charged with assassinating Charlie Kirk, had support from someone else, a foreign power, or another entity. The inquiry by Kent alarmed FBI chief Kash Patel that it could raise questions about whether Robinson was a lone wolf shooter. Mainstream media has been ignoring this story. After the killing, US intelligence agencies were investigating whether any foreign governments were involved in the event. Saagar Enjeti said that this seems like a turf war between Patel and Gabbard while other critics are concerned that there is a cover up.

Cleveland: Boy, 9, and Girl, 10, Charged with Rape and Attempted Murder of 5-Year Old Autistic Girl

Ohio’s legal system could let a 9-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl off the hook for assaulting a 5-year old autistic girl. Police said the youths lured the 5-year-old to a field, assaulted her and left her naked and unconscious. She was found about two hours later and hospitalized for days.

The juvenile suspects have been charged with one count of attempted murder, four counts of rape, two counts of felonious assault, one count of kidnapping, and one count of strangulation.

Ohio State law presumes competency for juveniles 14 and older. For younger children, judges evaluate understanding on a case-by-case basis. A retired University of Akron law professor said, “If the kid doesn’t understand the nature of the legal process, then the case goes away.” If a child is found incompetent, courts can refer the family to child welfare services, therapy or other programs rather than detention.

Two Los Angeles Real Estate Executives Arrested on Fraud Charges in Homeless Funding

California cannot account for $24 billion in funds for the homeless crisis. Los Angeles County has over 72,000 homeless people. If the industry around homelessness were solved, the industry would be out of business.

The federal government gives money to the state for homelessness and it is now acting to clean up fraud.

Federal prosecutors charged two real estate executives, in two separate cases, with defrauding California’s Homekey program to convert hotels into shelters for the homeless, allegedly misappropriating millions. Steven Taylor, 44, allegedly used fake bank statements to flip a Cheviot Hills nursing home property for $16-million profit using state and city funds. Cody Holmes, 31, allegedly spent over $2 million in grant money on luxury retailers, transferring funds from his developer to personal accounts.
