Someone in our neighborhood is celebrating Halloween with fireworks. Some of it sounds like professional grade stuff too.

Except fireworks are totally banned here.

A couple of the neighbors have PTSD from their military experiences. One of the wives gets really upset when hubby dives under the bed.

So I guess she just called the police because a bunch of cars just raced down the street together without sirens or lights and then all went quiet.
