there would be metadata on whatever they're leaking though so maduro location can't be a mystery then, right?
maybe the bounty is so they don't have to expose how they "hack" emails via Amazon web service
somebody should subpoena WaPo for whatever info they have, seeing as it's regarding a guy the US has designated as the leader of a terrorist group
save taxpayers 50m trying to buy the info instead
