If the NYC attacks on 9-11 were indeed an inside job. Or even the work of terrorists exactly as described in news reporting. But the Pentagon & Shanksville were neither. But rather attacks performed by a 3rd party. A foreign nation state with foreknowledge of the impending attacks in NYC on September 11th. Then the statement that there was a "failure of imagination" can be applied in new ways.
