Even moar curiosities with Newscum's Prop 50 mail-in ballots to determine taking redistricting away from independent commission until 2030 - in order to convert to Democrat five (5) Republiican U.S. House of Representative seats.

  1. "The secretary of state’s office sent more than 23.2 million [one issue - Prop 50] vote-by-mail ballots to registered [CA] voters in recent weeks…." Under 20%, or between 4 and 5 million had been returned as of last Sunday (28 Oct).

<What justifies continuing mail-in ballots? The fake-news serial Covid "states of emergency" that were used to justify such a fraud-friendly way of "voting" have long since ended.

  1. An error on the "Official Voter Information Guide" was supposed to be corrected by a postcard follow up (at an estimated cost of another several million dollars). But CA Anon never received the corrective postcard. DOES THIS INVALIDATE THE ELECTION? The Secretary of State signed the Voter Information Guide, certifying it as "having been correctly prepared in accordance with the law."

  1. The only mail-in ballot CA Anon received states: 'Fiscal Impact': One-time costs to counties of up to a few million dollars statewide to update election materials to reflect new congressional district maps."

  1. "As election day approaches, nonprofits, political parties and a billionaire have spent nearly $26 million on ads and other communications in an effort to convince voters to support or oppose Prop. 50 – the most of any ballot measure in recent state history."

"The spending does not include the $118 million reportedly spent by the three major campaign committees."

The mailed ballot descripton of Prop 50 said it was rstimated to cost CA taxpayers "several million dollars."

Prop 50 state guide typo - Voters will get postcards with correction

Published October 2, 2025 11:49 AM

"California’s Secretary of State is sending postcards to correct a typo in the state voter information guide for the November special election that was mailed to more than 8.5 million voters last week.

"What was the mistake? The error occurred in voting materials for the upcoming Prop. 50 special election, which is asking voters whether California should redraw its congressional lines.

"A statewide map of proposed congressional districts on Page 11 of the voter guide incorrectly labeled one of the districts. The district should have been labeled District 27 but appeared as District 22. The official guide on the Secretary of State’s website has the correct information.

"How many people received the error? The Secretary of State’s office says about 8.54 million voting households were affected, according to the latest update from their mailing house. [It was never explained why out of 23.2 million Prop 50 ballots and presumably the same number of Official Voter Information Guides that were sent out, only 8.54 million of the guides contained the error.]

"How much will it cost to fix? It’s unclear. The Secretary of State says it doesn’t have final costs at the moment. The total cost of the Nov. 4 special election was already estimated to be more than $280 million, according to the state Department of Finance.

Note:

The ballot said it would cost "a few million dollars" to "update election materials to reflect new congressional district maps," but Newscum never disclosed, to Anon's knowledge, that the Prop 50 ballot process would costhundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars.

Anon wondershow many California WIC and SNAP families could have been fed with those hundreds of millions of dollars that Newscum spent (and tens of millions of dollars that non-party-affiliated groups and individuals spent for 5 years of partisan boundaries that will revert back in 2030 - after 3 House election cycles and after the next President is seated folowing the 2028 election).Several pundits say that this 'political maneuvering of Newscum is to elevate his profile for the 2028 democrat Presidential primary.

All of the suffering during the government shutdown, the blatent partisanship, overruling and displacing the independent CA redistricting board for 5 years, and the hundreds of millions of dollars Newscum caused to be spent to do it while blaming President Trump for the suffering of CA families due to lack of government funding. One can only hope if his failure as Governor hasn't done so, these antics will spectacularly backfire on his hopes to be the next democrat nominee for President.

> I was new to Washington, and it was suggested that I useThe Federalist Societyas a recommending source on Judges.

>I did so, openly and freely, but then realized that they were under the thumb of areal “sleazebag” named Leonard Leo,a bad person who, in his own way, probably hates America, and obviously has his own separate ambitions.

>He openly brags how he controls Judges, and even Justices of the United States Supreme Court — I hope that is not so, and don’t believe it is!

>In any event, Leo left The Federalist Society to do his own “thing.” I am so disappointed in The Federalist Society because of thebad advice they gave me on numerous Judicial Nominations.

"AI Overview

"Leonard Leo and Kellyanne Conway are linked through a 2017 transaction where Leo's "dark money" group reportedly helped facilitate the sale of Kellyanne Conway's polling company while she was advising President Trump.

"This arrangement led to ethics concerns about potential violations of federal laws that prevent executive branch employees from using their positions for personal gain. The business sale occurred while Conway was working for the Trump administration andadvocating for Leo's preferred Supreme Court nominees.

"The Transaction: In 2017, Leo's dark money group is said to have helped facilitate the sale of Kellyanne Conway's polling company.

"The Timing: The transaction took place while Conway was a senior advisor to President Trump and was also working with Leo on the nomination of Supreme Court justices.

"The Ethics Concern: The connection raised concerns about a potential ethics violation, as federal ethics laws prohibit executive branch employees from using their positions to benefit themselves personally.

"The Investigation: The transaction reportedly prompted an investigation or statement from Senator Dick Durbin, who hinted at potential ethics violations, according to a Politico report and a statement from his office."
