On November 10, 1975, the SS Edmund Fitzgerald, a freighter carrying iron ore sank in Lake Superior during a terrible storm that conjured massive waves.

The ship was being followed by another ship named the Arthur M. Anderson which was tracking her movements with radar. The Anderson had its last communication with the Fitzgerald at approximately 7:10 PM when it simply vanished from radar.

All 29 members of the crew aboard the Edmund Fitzgerald perished with her and no distress signal was sent, suggesting that the ship met its demise shockingly fast.

President Trump Asks Supreme Court to Throw Out E. Jean Carroll Sex Abuse Verdict

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/11/president-trump-asks-supreme-court-throw-e-jean/

President Trump on Monday asked the Supreme Court to throw out the E. Jean Carroll sex abuse verdict.

“There were no eyewitnesses, no video evidence, and no police report or investigation,” Trump told the Supreme Court in the appeal filed Monday viewed by CNN.

“Instead, Carroll waited more than 20 years to falsely accuse Donald Trump, who she politically opposes, until after he became the 45th president, when she could maximize political injury to him and profit for herself,” Trump said in the appeal.

A Manhattan jury reached a verdict in the E. Jean Carroll rape/defamation case in May 2023 and ordered Trump to pay her $5 million.

In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged that Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s but she could not name the date or even the year this allegedly took place.

The court sided with Carroll anyway with no evidence.

Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll a “whack job” who’s “not my type.”

E. Jean Carroll even went on CNN and told Anderson Cooper that rape is ‘sexy’ and a ‘fantasy.’

Anderson Cooper was so shocked by E. Jean Carroll’s statements that he quickly went to a commercial break. Continue…

Anti-White Racism? Coca-Cola Allegedly Rejects Highly Experienced Applicant Before He Applies Again Under a Fake ‘Ethnic Name’ and Receives an Interview

One of the world’s most valuable brands has reportedly been caught discriminating against white individuals, according to an explosive report.

Prominent conservative activist Chaya Raichik, who operates the X handle Libs of TikTok, on Sunday obtained a series of texts from a white man named ‘David’ who said he had his application rejected by Coca-Cola the next day, despite having two decades’ worth of related experience.

“An individual named ‘David’ sent in a job application to @CocaCola, citing 20 YEARS of experience in the industry,” Raichik wrote. “His application was REJECTED the next day.”

However, an interesting turn of events occurred when “David” later submitted another application using a more “black-sounding” name and reported significantly fewer years of work experience.

“He then sent in another application, just changing his name to “DeShawn,” and reduced his work experience to only 5 years,” Raichik noted.

Alert: Baby Botulism Outbreak Traced to Infant Formula – 13 Cases Across 10 States

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/11/alert-baby-botulism-outbreak-traced-infant-formula-13/

A nationwide botulism outbreak among infants has led to the recall of one brand of infant formula.

Through Saturday, there were 13 cases of infants with botulism reported across 10 states, according to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Cases have been reported in Arizona, California, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, and Washington since October.

No deaths were reported, but the 13 babies, ranging in age from 16 days old to 167 days old, were hospitalized.

Researchers found that the common denominator among the cases was that the babies had been fed ByHeart Whole Nutrition infant formula.

On Sunday, ByHeart recalled two batches of its Whole Nutrition Infant Formula, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

The recall comes as the FDA is investigating 83 cases of infant botulism that have taken place since August.

“The FDA has not identified a direct link between any infant formula and these cases and there is no historical precedent of infant formula causing infant botulism,” the statement on the recall said. Continue…

FBI Seeks To Unmask Anonymous Web Archiving Service Owner

https://www.zerohedge.com/technology/fbi-seeks-unmask-anonymous-web-archiving-service-owner

The FBI has issued a subpoena to Canadian domain registrar Tucows seeking to unmask the anonymous owner of Archive.today, a popular web archiving service used by millions worldwide.

The subpoena, dated last Tuesday and posted publicly on Archive.today’s X account, states it relates to a federal criminal investigation being conducted by the FBI, as The Verge reported. However, the document provides no specific details about what alleged crime is under investigation.

The FBI is requesting comprehensive identifying information from Tucows, including customer or subscriber name, address of service, and billing address associated with Archive.today, per The Verge report.

Beyond basic contact details, the subpoena demands an extensive array of data such as telephone connection records, including incoming and outgoing calls and SMS or MMS records, payment information like credit card or bank account numbers, internet connectivity session times and durations, device identifiers, IP addresses, and details about services used such as email, cloud computing, and gaming services.

The subpoena instructs Tucows not to disclose its existence indefinitely, as any such disclosure could interfere with an ongoing investigation and enforcement of the law, as recounted by Gizmodo.

That request became moot when Archive.today publicly posted the document. Journalist Max Blumenthal, editor of The Grayzone, drew attention to the subpoena on X, emphasizing that Archive.today is used by journalists and researchers to “document edits to articles, bypass subscription walls and avoid giving traffic to the failing corporate media.”

The FBI has issued a subpoena seeking to unmask the owner of https://t.co/V3xqR5qqoa, which we use to document edits to articles, bypass subscription walls and avoid giving traffic to the failing corporate media https://t.co/g36rB7G83R

— Max Blumenthal (@MaxBlumenthal) November 6, 2025

Launched in 2012, Archive.today functions similarly to the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine but with key differences.

Users can submit URLs to create permanent snapshots of web pages, preserving content before it disappears or changes.

The service supports ZIP downloads and image based page saves, and crucially, pages are almost never deleted except in extreme cases like child pornography. As AV Club noted, the site gained prominence during the 2014 GamerGate controversy, when users employed it to track article edits while avoiding directing traffic to certain websites.

Very little is known about who runs Archive.today. The original domain was registered in May 2012 by someone using the name Denis Petrov from Prague, Czech Republic, as Gigazine reported. However, this is likely a pseudonym, since Denis Petrov is an extremely common Russian name, and the same contact information was used to register sketchy domains including carding forums and piracy sites.

Russia Claims It Thwarted British & Ukrainian Plot To Steal Hypersonic Missile-Equipped Jet

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/russia-claims-it-stopped-british-ukrainian-plot-steal-hypersonic-equipped-jet

In an entirely bizarre - though perhaps not completely without precedent - allegation from the Russian government, Ukrainian and British intelligence attempted to steal a MiG-31 fighter jet equipped with a Kinzhal hypersonic missile.'

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that it had thwarted the alleged plot in which the foreign spies allegedly offered Russian pilots $3 million if they would perform the heist.

The RIA news agency quoted the FSB as saying the stolen aircraft was intended to be flown toward a NATO base in the Romanian city of Constanta.

"The measures taken have thwarted the Ukrainian and British intelligence services’ plans for a large-scale provocation," RIA quoted the FSB as saying.

But this is where the high-risk caper and narrative gets even stranger. The FSB isn't alleging that Ukraine was simply trying to steal the Russian hypersonic missile or aircraft in order to use it, but that the whole objective was to see the MiG-31 get shot down while inbound over NATO-member Romania's airspace

"In order to hijack the aircraft, Ukrainian military intelligence officers tried to recruit Russian pilots, offering $3 million," the FSB statement reads. "The special services then planned to send the jet with the Kinzhal missile to the area where NATO's largest airbase in southeastern Europe is located, in the Romanian city of Constanta, where it could be shot down by air defenses," it emphasized.

Apparently Russian intelligence is saying all of this was ultimately aimed at creative a huge false-flag operation, or major provocation, in order to drastically escalate NATO tensions with Moscow, which would see the West intervene more directly on Kiev's behalf.

Russia's RT has offered a precedent for Ukrainian intelligence seeking to lure Russian pilots to its side, writing the following: Continue…

U.S. Aluminum Prices Surge To Record Highs As Tariffs Squeeze Supply

https://www.zerohedge.com/commodities/us-aluminum-prices-surge-record-highs-tariffs-squeeze-supply-drain-inventories

Aluminum prices in the U.S. climbed to new record highs on Monday as domestic inventories tightened sharply, driven by the Trump administration’s steel and aluminum tariffs designed to bolster and revitalize America’s industrial base.

According to Bloomberg, the all-in U.S. aluminum price, combining the London Metal Exchange (LME) benchmark and the U.S. Midwest delivery premium, hit a record high of $4,816 per ton, nearly double the level from the December 2023 lows.

The U.S. remains heavily dependent on foreign aluminum imports, lacking any robust domestic production capacity to satisfy domestic demand. Canada, its largest supplier, has seen shipments fall sharply since President Trump imposed aluminum tariffs in March and later doubled them to 50% in June.

From April to July, U.S. aluminum imports averaged 64,000 tons per month below the 2024 baseline, partially offset by an 18,000-ton increase in scrap imports, according to Morgan Stanley analysts led by Amy Gower.

Gower noted that the U.S. aluminum inventory has been shrinking by about 46,000 tons per month due to tariff uncertainty, particularly around the U.S.-Canada trade spat.

“However, the destocking likely cannot continue indefinitely, and the recent rise in the Midwest premium suggests that some buying is returning,” she said. Continue…

Von der Leyen to get her own EU spy unit – FT

https://www.rt.com/news/627630-european-commission-spy-unit/

The European Commission plans to establish a new intelligence division directly under President Ursula von der Leyen, even as the move faces resistance from the EU’s existing spy apparatus, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

The new structure will reportedly operate within the commission’s secretariat-general, drawing staff from national intelligence agencies. Its role will focus on sharing intelligence across the bloc rather than conducting covert operations abroad, according to FT sources.

The EU already has an intelligence body, the Intelligence and Situation Centre (INTCEN), created after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks under the European External Action Service (EEAS). Officials within INTCEN fear von der Leyen’s new service would duplicate existing functions and weaken the foreign service, according to the newspaper.

The plan follows reports of growing bureaucratic tensions and rivalries among EU officials. Critics have long accused von der Leyen of an “authoritarian” and opaque leadership style, claiming she bypasses both member states and internal institutions to centralize control. The notion was central to recent attempts by opposition members of the European Parliament to depose her. Continue…

Digital Money | The Permission to Participate, No-Escape Economy | A Tool Of Behaviour Control

For generations, money was something people held in their hands — a tangible symbol of work, value, and exchange. Today, money is becoming something else entirely: a digital leash. The transformation is happening quietly, without consent, and most people will not recognize what has been built until the gate locks behind them.

A new financial order is emerging — one where central banks, not markets, determine who can participate in the economy. It is a system that promises security and stability, while constructing the most sophisticated control mechanism in human history.

This is the no-escape economy, and its architecture rests on three pillars: debt, digital money, and total surveillance. Continue…

Canada moves forward with digital identification for federal benefits seekers

https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/canada-moves-forward-with-digital-identification-for-federal-benefits-seekers/

Changes will be made to the Department of Employment and Social Development Act to 'enable the delivery of more integrated and efficient services across government.'

The Canadian government will move ahead with digital identification for anyone seeking federal benefits, including seniors on Old Age Security.

Canada’s Department of Employment, in a recent note in Prime Minister Mark Carney’s 2025 budget, said that changes will be made to the Department of Employment and Social Development Act. The goal of the changes is to “enable the delivery of more integrated and efficient services across government.”

“These amendments would benefit all Canadians by enabling the development of more efficient and convenient government services,” reads the note, adding, “Modernizing legislative authorities to support information sharing and digital services would particularly benefit groups facing barriers due to outdated, paper-based processes, particularly seniors.”

The note did not give specific details of how Canadians’ personal information would be used “across government services.” However, the recent message comes only a few months after the government hired consultants to investigate a digital ID system.

As reported by LifeSiteNews, the Canadian government hired outside consultants tasked with looking into whether or not officials should proceed with creating a digital ID system for all citizens and residents.

As per a May 20 Digital Credentials Issue memo, as noted by Blacklock’s Reporter, the “adoption” of such a digital ID system “may be difficult.”

Canada’s Department of Employment has said that such a digital ID system would not be mandatory and would remain “voluntary and will not replace existing in-person, mail, or telephone-based services.” Continue…

Liberals unwilling to provide amount of foreign aid funding in Canada’s budget for LGBT projects

https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/liberals-unwilling-to-provide-amount-of-foreign-aid-funding-in-canadas-budget-for-lgbt-projects/

The government claims there are 'concerns' that disclosing the amount of funds could endanger LGBT organizations that get money from Canada.

The Liberal government of Prime Minister Mark Carney will not openly disclose how much money from its foreign-aid budget is going toward overseas “gender identity” and “decolonization” projects.

According to the government, there are “concerns” that disclosing the amount of funds could endanger certain LGBT organizations that get money from it.

On November 3, Global Affairs Canada, in response to a question on the order paper from a Conservative MP, said that the funding amounts could not be made public due to claimed “security concerns” and “confidentiality requirements.”

“These are the most common reasons projects are considered sensitive: the organization or individuals might be in danger if it becomes known that they are receiving funds from a foreign government; (or) implementing a project related to sensitive topics such as two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and additional sexually and gender-diverse people rights, human trafficking, early/forced marriage, (and) human rights defenders,” Global Affairs noted.

Continuing, Global Affairs said that there is a possible “danger” to partner organizations that could be “forced to close” or even “arrested” due to “harassment from the local population or government.” Continue…

Signed by Chief of the Defence Staff Gen. A foreign national has pleaded guilty to conspiring to facilitate the smuggling of illegal migrants into the United States, and will face deportation after serving a two-year prison sentence, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) says.

Edgar Gonzalez de Paz, 37, pleaded guilty to facilitating illegal entries into the United States at a Montreal courthouse on Nov. 6, the CBSA said in a Nov. 10 news release. The agency says Gonzalez de Paz faces a prison sentence of two years less a day.

Gonzalez de Paz took part in a conspiracy to facilitate the smuggling of seven migrants into the United States on Jan. 27 and 28, 2024, a CBSA investigation revealed. The CBSA says the investigation found that Gonzalez de Paz organized the illegal border crossing in exchange for money.

The individual was also previously arrested and charged under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) on Nov. 6, 2024, after he avoided examination and returned to Canada without authorization, the CBSA says.

After pleading guilty to the charge on Jan. 21, 2025, Gonzalez de Paz received a 10-month prison sentence.

“According to the IRPA, criminality is grounds for inadmissibility to Canada,” the CBSA said in the news release. “Once the sentence associated with the guilty plea has been served, the CBSA will take the administrative steps to remove Mr. Gonzalez de Paz.” Continue…

Indigenous man caught with ‘killing machine’ of a rifle gets time served due to intergenerational trauma

A sentence reduction is not a reflection of a judge being "soft on crime,"' said the judge. ‘It is our obligation… to address, redress and hopefully ameliorate institutionalized abuse'

More than 500 days in harsh pre-trial custody was enough punishment for a Mohawk man caught driving around Peterborough with a crack pipe in his lap and a “killing machine” of a rifle in the back seat, along with a flame thrower in the trunk, according to a recent sentence of time served from Ontario’s Court of Justice.

Jesse Garlow, a convicted drug trafficker who was under a firearms prohibition, had been in custody since June 7, 2024 when he was sentenced. Police initially pulled him over because the car he was driving was weaving.

“I have determined that systemic and background factors have affected the degree of responsibility of this offender. Mr. Garlow is the personification of intergenerational trauma. I cannot imagine more sympathetic circumstances or mitigating factors that cry out for some compassion. Punishing him with a further period of incarceration for the sake of the common good would be unjust,” wrote Justice Brenda Green, who recently handed Garlow a suspended sentence and three years of probation.
