I know what you mean, investigation after investigation warped up in another investigation. They way I'm looking at it, the (relatively) smaller investigations into (relatively) lighter crimes & (relatively) minor charges (if any) are enough to keep them under watchful eye & keep the idea of criminal activity in the court of public opinion until Huber & Sessions pull out the heavier charges.
