Formerly Scientific Applications International Corporation which also happens to have taken over Project Stargate research from DIA in 1991. Stargate was all the psychoenergetic, psychokinetic research in Projects GRILL FLAME, CENTER LANE, SUN STREAK, and SCANATE which utilized the Gateway process/binaural beats/hemisphere synchronization. These projects ran from 1972 to 1995 when they were transferred to the C_A which promptly said "fuck it, there's no value here" and shut it down after 23 years or so. All the psychics and people who did the research are all dead or discredited as LARPs now.
