BUT the most important part is your mindset. Your subconscious mind can heal u but your attention to the problem keeps programming your subconscious mind to keep the pain active. You have to understand that awareness CREATES, so the moar aware u are that u hurt and feel old, the moar it keeps piling on. There is no time.. there is only the present moment.
