Well. for what looks like month's pickup of money apparently, it was 5%. Which means the glow has faded. Without significant real advertisement (despite being blacklisted) and more donation its going to run out of money.

Even a tiny amount helps. If every anon and lurker gave only $1 a month they'd be self sufficient, but clearly most do not.
I've heard varying claims of the support costs per month, sometimes as far as 10k, but that was before Jim laid off people. Still we did see a few days of the number of hits per day on the board before they removed it, showing there are still a lot more people that come here than actually post. As I said, If every anon gave $1 per month (some speculated 4 when there wereit would cover just about all of the speculated costs. From the posts Jim's made before, it probably varies from only few hundred to quite a bit more over the holidays. The $5 repeating donation things were a good idea if everyone were to do it, but so many people don't.
