Matt Kirby was the hidden mastermind behind Marvel, was ironically a Jew. Stan Lee thought of all the ideas though, but Kirby brought them to life. Stan Lee always wanted his name and the recognition though, and it pissed off Kirby to the point that he left Marvel. Marvel and other comics taught us good vs evil in expanded creative ways from the scriptures, and the creators dealt with their own inner conflicts of ego and selfishness.
I actually did not know what. He went to great lengths to hide that part apparently.
