But there needs to be some type of enforcement, because there have been instances that illegals were getting a total of $2700 per month for all benefits combined. Search the board for the Term HEAP, I revealed that Social Services in my area changed the name to mean something different than what it means at the state level so that they can siphon funds away from US citizens and pay illegals or their cronies. In NY, HEAP means, home energy assistance program, but locally they changed the name to Heat Energy Assistance Program. They do this because Home energy includes electric but if it means heat, then they do not have to pay electric and that allows them to deny whoever that they want. Those are Federal funds, the state just help distribute those funds. SO why do we need a local heap if it is only heat, the Fed wouldn't need a middle man. It is a game.
