The district itself was previously granted immunity, but the teacher's attorneys have indicated their intent to continue pursuing the district.

The Indian beliefs, behaviors, and lifestyles were not compatible with American values at all.. Thus, those Indians ruined American towns, and ruined American lives..
These same Indians are actually still in America right now, and are still in the process of continuing to ruin America as we speak…
