I am starting to lean this direction. Remember Q asked us how do you legally introduce evidence? Paraphrasing but anons know what I mean. Supposedly there were over 10,000 images of child porn on his computer. That seems like an awful lot of CP. 1 image is too many but 10,000 is quite a bit. At least that seems like quite a bit too me but I really don't know and don't care what qualifies as a lot. Anyways, point being is that all of the CP had to be introduced as evidence and the indictment is in NY and more importantly in the Southern District of NY which is where Schneiderman was the previous roadblock. Eric Schneiderman out, case brought and CP introduced as evidence. Maybe I'm wrong but seems plausible.
