These two clips edited together first show the location of the cut out Q, to the left of the podium. The clip resumes after POTUS has gone to the podium and then walks back toward the cut out Q area, where he is standing in the second clip. Even though you don’t see the Q in frame, when I saw it, thought he was giving the smile, “thank you,” and point to the Q cut out, even before Q’s post about it. FWIW.
