After the "summer of love," the all-black staff at my local Wendy's began acting hostile and rude to white patrons like me, and the quality of the food went way down.
I think the fast food industry needs to come to terms with this. Normal people are turning away due to rising prices coupled with sub-par performance and service.
Even Tendys can't save Wendy's.
