invoking on wat grounds? civil liberties? civil rights act of 1957?
Civil Rights Act of 1957
The main difference is that the Civil Rights Act of 1957 was a weak, foundational law primarily focused on voting rights by creating the Civil Rights Commission and the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division. In contrast, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was a landmark and comprehensive law that banned discrimination in public accommodations, employment, and education and established the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The 1964 act had much broader and stronger enforcement mechanisms, including the ability to withhold federal funds from non-compliant state and local governments.
getting rid of it means you could and would strip them of civil liberties for a time
you need debates.. didn't charlie Kirk show you that?
he debated. took him time.
if you get rid of them how can you not with good heart decide the direction of a ship if and when it travels off course.
