It all depends on the store that you go to, example: In my town, during the covid lockddowns there were several times that there was eggs shortages due to bird flu but when my wife goes to the Spanish neighborhood to go to church, she was buying eggs and they had whole walls of eggs, for $3:50 a dozen while here they were selling for $8 a dozen.
