We believe in our financial genius. What he did with tariffs is unprecedented. Only the POTUS can enter into and out of contract with foreign entities. Tariffs are foreign contracts, Congress and Court have only domestic charters. No judge has a say in foreign contracts, but only can see if they are being adhered to, not decide if the become enforceable contracts or not. Congress only has the power to make laws as part of the legislative branch, they can only affect foreign contracts only after they are made by passing laws. Terminate the Filibuster, and put these Democrat in their place before they destroy all our hard work because all they are trying to do is make President Trump look bad, which is why they are keeping prices high at the grocers and gas stations that they control.
