Until recently, Orange County, CA was reliably red/ Republican. This year, before the Prop 50 redistricting vote designed to flip up to 5 U.S. House seats from Red to Blue, many more "no party preference" voters were registered than Democrat voters - both in Orange County and statewide.
And yes, as we know, the redistricting disenfranchisement of CA Republican voters (Prop 50) passed last week.
Wonder how many people voting in favor were among this seeming flood of "no party preference" voter registrations?
