I'm guessing the ploy here is some RINOs sat down with the Communist Ds and figure out a way to poison this.
Because they are taking it hard in the polls.
But if they reach a 'compromise' bill, even though this is a complete shit sandwich, then it's on Trump to veto it.
Assuming the House votes to go along with this.
If President Trump vetoes it, then he owns it and all of their skins are safe.
If President Trump signs it, he is handing the mid-Terms to the Dems.
Because this is all protecting the Ds from the responsibility.
