Because those pardons, and the pardon power of the President, apply only to federal charges.Tina Peters is racked up on state charges.
You're not very bright, are you?
Sen. John W. Warner, R-Va., the ranking Republican on the Armed Services Committee, helped spearhead the campaign on Burlingame's behalf, saying he was driven in part by evidence that the pilot died fighting the hijackers, not in the crash.
I felt very strongly that this was a meritorious case, he said Friday. The final cog in the wheel was the examination of his remains, which indicated Captain Burlingame was in a struggle and died before the crash, doing his best to save lives on the aircraft and on the ground.

Anon is having much difficulty in understanding just how a medical examiner would be able to determine that someone had gone through a physical struggle prior to going through extreme physical trauma of being aboard Flight 77 crashing into the Pentagon. How would there even be enough pieces to examine? And how would they be able to look at one of the pieces and say "Oh yes, here is some bruising. And here is a cut from the box cutter". It makes no sense at all.

Supposedly, Tuscon police detective Benjamin Jimenez not only crossed paths with world renowned master 757 pilot Hani Hanjour, but also the beltway snipers, John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo. A statistic that I personally find just too incredible to believe as factual. As the whoppers piled up, I guess they needed more willing liars than they could actually find. So, like this schmuck, they used some twice.
It's eleven minutes of video. Many won't watch it all the way through. But it is important to note two things in both of these videos. One, just how believable do these two individuals seem based on their mannerisms? Two, each video includes their families. You could say this is the humanizing aspect of the coverage in the story. Put yourself in their shoes though. And suddenly you might be saying "They dragged my family into this?". They even show Danielle with her children inside her house filmed through a window from the outside. (8 min 55 sec mark in video) Mob intimidation tactics. Keep quiet, or else!
She says "No one strayed from their duties". An odd choice of words.

First thing that sprang to mind for me was the diving trunk on a submarine.
>That is one magic engine
The aircraft did not impact dead center. It was off center and this allowed one engine to miss the center core of the structure. In one side and out the other.
Yes, the engines would make it through. Not made of aluminum like most of the plane.
