>Anon is having much difficulty in understanding just how a medical examiner would be able to determine that someone had gone through a physical struggle prior to going through extreme physical trauma of being aboard Flight 77 crashing into the Pentagon. How would there even be enough pieces to examine? And how would they be able to look at one of the pieces and say "Oh yes, here is some bruising. And here is a cut from the box cutter". It makes no sense at all.

Anon, you might be confusing two different issues, if reasonably soโ€ฆ

First, it is my understanding that trained body examiners can ascertain if a portion of a deceased body has undergone certain trials. For instance, if there is some sort of bruising or an increase of some sort of chemicals in a region, this will indicate trauma of some sort.

But I think you are not so much questioning the viability of this sort of expert analysis as questioning whether the apparent physical conditions of the 9/11 Pentagon hit would have allowed any examinable body parts to survive.

And I agree that is an interesting question, given the available evidence.

Everyone can lie to the American people or anyone else, unless some particular law bars it in some particular scenario.

No, not exactly.

The presumption is that lying is legal and not sanctionable by the governmentโ€ฆ"I love your new dress."

But there are SOME cases where lying is illegal, and then the government must prove that lying actually IS illegal in that case and that you intentionally sought to lie.

For instance, if you testify under oath that you didn't shoot the gun, but you actually did, then that is sanctionable.

(Obviously bad actors can misuse this, but that's the idea..)
