Newbies are welcome, I was welcomed by autists and anons when I first got here, at first I was invisibly watching. Attorney General Ken Paxton Sues Radical Activist Organization for Unlawfully Registering Illegals to Vote in Texas
Attorney General Ken Paxton sued radical open-borders group JOLT Initiative, Inc. (“JOLT”) for its role in orchestrating a systematic, unlawful voter registration scheme that is designed to sabotage Texas election integrity and allow illegals to vote.
“The left constantly tries to cheat and rig elections because they know they can’t win honestly. Any organization attempting to register illegals, who are all criminals, must be completely crushed and shut down immediately,” said Attorney General Paxton. “JOLT is a radical, partisan operation that has, and continues to, knowingly attempt to corrupt our voter rolls and weaken the voice of lawful Texas voters. I will make sure they face the full force of the law.”
An investigation by the Office of the Attorney General uncovered that JOLT operatives were stationed outside Texas Department of Motor Vehicles locations, where they provided instructions that directly violated provisions of the Texas Election Code. According to the findings, JOLT and its Volunteer Deputy Registrars coordinated the scheme to recruit and solicit individuals to submit unlawful voter registration applications, which could be designed to register illegal aliens who lack proper identification.
Attorney General Paxton requested that the court order forfeiture of JOLT’s corporate privileges, dissolution of its charter, and recovery of legal costs on behalf of the State.

EXCLUSIVE: A new report from a conservative think tank says that artificial intelligence is the new "cold war" between the U.S. and China.
The report, by the Center for Security Policy, claims that the new technology is the 21st century's "cold war," warning that the Chinese Communist Party is on the "cusp" of becoming the world's leader in AI. It warns that if the CCP succeeds in dominating AI by 2030, as it has plans to, the U.S. will be relegated to a "second-rate power and worse."
"The sole – and imminent – threat to continued American AI dominance is the People’s Republic of China," the report states. "The AI dominance race will be won or lost within five years. The threat is existential to the future of the United States and the rest of the world."
America's AI dominance matters, according to the report, because of the "dangers" that the CCP would pose if it became a leader within the technology.

Center for Security Policy senior analyst J. Michael Waller, the report's author, told Fox News Digital that America is at risk of losing "everything" if it allows China to get ahead on AI.
"If we allow China to become dominant in AI, we lose everything. They control the elements, the physical elements needed to create the hardware to run AI. If they're able to dominate the market worldwide, set the worldwide standards, then we end up working for the Chinese Communist Party," he said.
The report explains that while AI designed in America typically aligns with moral guardrails, that wouldn't necessarily be the same with China, adding that the CCP's ethics are "constructed to maintain ideological purity, discipline, and legitimacy as the Party leadership requires, and are not based in a transcendent or immutable moral philosophy."
If China becomes the world's leader in AI, the report states that the CCP could be "positioning itself to dictate technology standards worldwide."
"American and other Western companies will be pressured or compelled to adapt their technologies to those developed under the CCP’s sponsorship instead of the other way around," the report's author states.
The report comes as Secretary of State Marco Rubio reaffirmed the United States' support for Taiwan, which China has threatened to invade.
"I don't think you're going to see some trade deal where, if what people are worried about is we're going to get some trade deal, or we're going to get favorable treatment on trade in exchange for walking away from Taiwan," Rubio said. "No one is contemplating that."
The report also states that if the CCP can "flood the world market" with cheap and high-quality AI, China could drive American companies out of business.
Even worse, the report says China will use AI to increase its military power in a way that would challenge America's world dominance.
"CCP advancements in AI will challenge the [U.S.] across all domains, spanning autonomous weapons, high-speed battlespace decision making, and deep integration of civilian innovation into the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) arsenal," the report states. "The CCP has mastered technology to deploy as drones, robotic vehicles, and robotic dogs in swarms to track and destroy targets with minimal human intervention. Humanoid combat robots, which the CCP calls ‘supersoldiers,’ are in their early stages but are also designed to operate in swarms."

Waller said the national security implications of China becoming the world's leader in AI would be "beyond anything we've ever imagined before."
"Imagine having an artificial intelligence system that tells us what we need to know, tells us how to think, does the reasoning for us, and then does the reasoning for machines," Waller said.

Olympics set to ban ALL transgender athletes for LA 2028 - but row rages over whether those with Imane Khelif's reported condition will be able to compete
A ban on transgender women competitors is strongly expected to be in place for the 2028 Olympics – but it remains unclear if there will be barriers against athletes with differences of sexual development (DSD) after the boxing furore at Paris 2024.
Under the existing rules, each sport is empowered to decide if transgender women can compete if their testosterone levels fall below a designated threshold.
But the International Olympic Committee, under new president Kirsty Coventry, is in discussions about a dramatic policy shift that would impose a blanket ban across all sports for the Los Angeles Games.
Such a move would prevent the kind of scenario that saw Laurel Hubbard contest the weightlifting at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. Hubbard transitioned in 2012.
While Olympic sources have confirmed that such a measure is very much the ‘direction of travel’, it is highly unlikely to come into force before the Winter Olympics in Italy next February.
One report suggested that a rule change could be announced in February, but insiders estimated it might take between six months and a year for it to be approved and cleared.
The move would be seen as a box ticked by Coventry, who campaigned to protect the female category on her way to winning the presidential election earlier this year.
New IOC chief on working with Trump and protecting women's spaces
It would also avoid any awkward flashpoints with Donald Trump in the build-up to the LA Olympics – in February, the US President signed an executive order to prevent transgender women from competing in female sport.
Such has been the focus on this area that a presentation was delivered by IOC medical, health, and science director Dr Jane Thornton to members in Lausanne last week, which included a science-based review around trans and DSD issues. The IOC denied that any decision has been made on either front and it is understood there has not yet been a presentation to the executive board, which next convenes in December.
An IOC statement to Daily Mail Sport read: ‘An update was given by the IOC’s director of health, medicine and science to the IOC Members last week during the IOC commission meetings. The working group is continuing its discussions on this topic and no decisions have been taken yet.’
Among the points stressed in that presentation was the distinction between transgender and DSD in athletes who have male chromosomes but were raised as female. On the latter, which led to immense controversy at the boxing at Paris 2024, the future landscape is less clear.
It is understood that a rule change around DSD athletes is considered likely in the long run, but faces internal opposition, according to Daily Mail Sport sources.
That separate branch of the debate led to fury in Paris last year when Algeria's Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan won boxing gold medals after being disqualified from the World Championships in 2023 for reportedly failing gender eligibility tests.
The IOC executive committee, which included Coventry at the time, faced huge criticism for permitting them to fight.
