VA for sure needs help. I know many veterans that are in need of assistance, due to trauma while enlisted. Proving a claim after discharge is incredibly difficult. Had a friend go through the process. He bypassed a Nexus letter, but it takes a lot of effort to pull any and all out of service medical records. Anything related to the trauma while active.
