Whole lot of "jobs" including ai, will become completely useless when the general population stops buys anything and everything.
im all for a great reduction in meaningless consumption, a bullshit economy is bullshit anyway… but the fallout and collapse of a System that people know no other way is gonna be a little bumpy or even precipice-y.

But ya, sure, "Government" gets to pounce upon lots of ill-gotten gains (must be tangible items, digits in computer don't count the same unless Officially Deleted), and then "Gov" can Auction off lots of stuff and land (to people who somehow real money to purchase the stuff with), and "Gov" can honestly write down some debts. Like maybe 20%.
Still looking at lots of destitution and near starvation for super high percentage of the general population (skullfucked by two generations of negative-edumakashun). There's going to be a gigantic mess no matter what.
