ThankQ, I did not know that, the President is the Head of the Federal Executive branch as a Governor is the Head of the State. The POTUS is the Head of ALL Executive branches and doe have the power to pardon for state crimes due to the Supreme Clause and the US constitution, if she hasn't been charged Federally, if they want to play that game, then Charge her Federally and take her into custody and then Pardon her. She had and has the right to challenge election fraud, and all a court could do, is deny her claims with no standing. I am sure about this.
