🚨🚨 Here is:
United States Attorney for the Central District of California, Bill Essayli
Just found some of the $24 billion @CAgovernor Gavin Newsom extorted and lost fighting homelessness.
@USAttyEssayli “Gavin Newsom has made little progress on homelessness and provided ‘little meaningful oversight’ of those receiving public funds. We’re looking at everyone. If you steal money or allow it to be stolen, we will find you, and we will prosecute you.”
U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli announced charges against two Los Angeles-based property developers in separate cases involving misuse of government funds meant to address the homelessness crisis.
Federal officials accuse that Cody Holmes, a Beverly Hills housing developer, submitted fake financial information to secure funds for a Thousand Oaks homeless housing project. The project was never completed, and Holmes used the grant money to pay credit card bills.
In a separate case, Steven Taylor, a Brentwood property flipper, is accused of defrauding a lender by claiming he would renovate a Cheviot Hills senior housing complex for himself, when he had already agreed to sell it to a homeless housing developer. Taylor purchased the property for $11.2 million, while the developer bought it for $27.3 million using public funds.
In other words: Gavin Newsom extorted $24 billion from the taxpayer, including myself, so that Democrats could funnel that money into the racket-empire they’ve created — all in the name of homelessness.
