To activate the service, simply open the IO app after receiving the fine notification, log in with SPID or CIE, and scan the QR code on the ticket. You can then select Klarna as your payment method , create an account if necessary, link a card, and confirm your wish to split the payment into three monthly payments. The app also offers an option to pay in installments via PayPal.
