>i'm more of an engineer than a theoretician

The best engineers are both.

Anon has been pondering an entirely new industry tonight. One that would give trailer thieves nightmares.

Just need to find (or start) the right company to make it habben.

Lord, please don't force anon to start a company to get the product anon wants.

Anon doesn't need the money and is too damn old to want the headaches.

>well ya COULD just build the prototype for yourself and forego the start-up

Not my area of expertise. Just a lowly mechanical engineer type.

It's a damn easy problem to solve, but nobody had done it.

Probably because salesmen (universally) have their craniums stuffed full of shit and wouldn't know a great idea if it was shoved up their ass with no lube.

>that's why we have all the wonderfully useless products available for our consumption

Amen, fren.

Last job anon had, anon ran TF away when a brilliantly successful startup was being sold to the sales group.

The company never produced a new idea after that.

But anon did hear some horror stories about noncompete agreements.

They were pretty irked that anon hadn't signed one, and it cost them five figures just to get a non-disclosure after they sent over a sample agreement that wouldn't have let anon work a fast food job within fifty miles of any of their customers
