Why are cops across the country criminally trespassing and refusing multiple direct lawful orders to leave the property? Law enforcement are not exempt from trespassing laws, and without a warrant or exigent circumstances they MUST leave the property immediately when ordered or they are criminally trespassing.

When are they going to start being criminally charged or when is this nation going to stop pretending there's such a thing as equal protection and justice under the law in this Police State USA?

Texas Trooper shoulder checks opposing team football players DURING GAME in uniform, points at and appears to yell at them.

He can't even control his ego/emotions at a football game.

And yet, where was government granted that authority?

The 9th amendment to the constitution protects rights of the people not enumerated, and power not granted to the federal government is reserved by the states and people respectively. Controlling what a person consumes is not an authority government was granted. Now a case can be made for pregnant women since it is doing harm to another entity, but for a lone person, the ACT ITSELF of possessing or consuming a substance isn't something government was EVER granted authority over. It's a right reserved by the people. Crimes committed while under the influence are certainly something they can charge for, but not possessing (for personal use) or consumtion.
