It's a case brought from the citizens legally, lawfully, and rightfully to address the issue.
Military knows it, and will use it to finalize the end of the DS.
The only things we don't know are the details of why it hasn't been moved forward yet (probably still hunting).
I trust our military to know the perfect time to do so.
