As is their nature : the message was brief, direct, short but very concise and accurate needing no further explanation — which leads you to infer as to his training and mindset.
Even then this message is quite heavy, so let us unpack it.
First, there is a US Air Force C-130 Hercules transport (cargo & personnel) plane on standby at Clark [Air Base];
Second, 3 Philippine Air Force helicopters are going back and forth between Malacañang and Clark;
Third, there’s a jet “transporting baggages from Manila to Ilocos”, which probably points to the Gulfstream G280 purchased by the Philippine Air Force in 2020 now serving under the Presidential Airlift Wing — tail number RP1251 call sign RBR143 with the designation C2 for Command and Control akin to the American Air Force One.
However, since yesterday, I cannot locate the aircraft in all the aircraft locator platforms which only means one thing : the plane’s transponder has been tuned off;
Fourth, the Palace (Malacañang) is “humming with lot of activities” — meaning they are frantically busy with whatever it is they’re doing;
Fifth, and this is the most interesting :
“security is tightened” which is understandable;
But —
“palace staff cannot talk to BBM”, meaning the president is being cordoned off to only his closest aides and security;
Probably because —
“incoherent at times”, suggesting wala na paminsan minsan sa matinong pag-iisip o pananalita ang presidente.
